Classic Notes Lite Is Simple Yet Rich In Features, Available In The Android Market

Looking for a notepad app on crack?  Yeah, we’ve got you right here.  If you’re a note taking junkie like me, you might want to give this one a go.  Note taking apps are a dime a dozen on the Android Market, but rarely do we see any that come with this many features on board.  Classic Notes Lite for Android comes jam packed with a plethora of goodies from the developer, Fluffy Delusions.  There are so many features for the app, we had a hard time listing them all here.  However, we’re certainly going to do our best.  After all, that’s what page breaks are for, aren’t they?  With that classic notebook feel and look, the application  allows you to take text notes, video notes, voice notes and more.  There’s social network integration as well for those looking to share their notes on Facebook and Twitter.  Want to make notes private?  Well, you can.  So jot down those bank codes without fear.  In addition, you can paint notes, lock’em, export them, add them to your calendars, create shortcuts for your homes screen, set reminders and even Geotag a note.

DROID 3 One-Click Root Method Now Available

Feeling a bit daunted after reading the instructions for rooting the Motorola DROID 3 posted earlier? As with any phone with a great community behind it (read: most of them) the community has come together to make things easier for everybody. After having so much fun with that title I was happy to see that G5 Entertainment is at it again, this time with the same hidden object fun wrapped up in a whole new story. Square App 2.1 Now Available In The Android Market – Makes Mobile Payments Easier Than Ever

Mobile payment service Square app was updated in the Android Market today to version 2.1. With the update, came a few new tricks to make those sketchy Craigslist transactions easier than ever. I don’t want to get too much excitement going, but with two official HTC Thunderbolt Gingerbread leaks out this week we must be getting close right? Just the other day we gave you the leak of build 2.07.605.0 (with install instructions) and now, thanks to Football over at XDA, you can download version 2.10.605.1 right here. Little new but should delight more than one: Google has finally turned its application “Google Reader” on Android Honeycomb. As you can imagine, this is not a simple port and if Google has taken its time, because the application has received the same care as other applications in the past Android Honeycomb. We thus find the famous two-part navigation screen and ergonomics perfectly suited for use tablet.
The first time, you combine Google Reader to your Gmail account: synchronization is instantaneous and navigation is closer to a version “desktop” as a mobile version. So, this does not correct the main defect of the browser version: everything is very rough and if you have many RSS feeds, search by subject is essential. HTC EVO 3D now available in Europe

There have been numerous reports that the HTC EVO 3D would not make it to Europe due to delays. Vodafone said they would not carry it, while HTC said they would.
It has suddenly appeared in a number of UK retailers, but there isn’t a subsidized option yet. Your only option is the SIM-free version which retails at £500 (~$815). I can’t see grabbing this one unless you really want 3D. Sorry, 3D is just not that important to me to drop that kind of change, although the rest of the specs are nice:
