Samsung strikes again, and promises to prosecute the next Apple iPhone if 4G LTE features

While Samsung has suffered a major blow in its lawsuit against Apple, and the Korean based company not to surrender any time soon. The new report confirmed that Samsung will sue Apple immediately if next iPhone uses long-term evolution (LTE) technology.
The Samsung a major player in the development of LTE 4G and holds an extensive portfolio of patents related, equivalent to 10% of the total patents LTE to exist. Considering Apple already introduced iPad with LTE, it's almost guaranteed that the company next iPhone will feature the same connection option.
Unfortunately for Samsung, this task may not be as easy as it sounds. LTE is a standard market as a whole, which means Samsung patent can (and probably will) be subject to the law of FRAND. In both cases, if Apple chooses to integrate LTE in the back iPhone 4S, and things are sure to get heated.
