Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak thinks Apple v. Samsung will be overturned

While Steve Wozniak gave public performances in Shanghai, held an interview Fielding questions about the company, which he co-founded, Apple. He talked about topics related to the newly unveiled iPhone 5 and Apple v. Samsung court. In relation to the latter Wozniak was clear that he hates all disputes;

I don’t think the decision of California will hold. And I don’t agree with it — very small things I don’t really call that innovative. I wish everybody would just agree to exchange all the patents and everybody can build the best forms they want to use everybody’s technologies.”

Wozniak ideas would definitely save manufacturers such as Samsung, Motorola and HTC million in legal fees, but Apple apparently does not agree with his sentiment, at least not as long as these companies are struggling with Apple products. Also in the interview, Wozniak discussed the new iPhone and said, "I am always excited every iPhone product, because there are always good progress, better quality of the pictures will mean a lot ..." iPhone 5 is very comparable to other Android phones, but when all litigation about who knows who will have the opportunity to use the technology.
