Google Maps now syncs searches across devices


When you travel, it can be difficult to remember all the places you've been looking for your home desktop browser. To make Google Maps more useful and complete, we added several enhancements to synchronize best maps experience on all your devices. Today, with the latest version of Google Maps for Android, we're making it faster and easier for you to get the information you seek in your browser, right on your Android phone.

Just make sure you are logged into Google Maps and your web history is able to obtain a number of new benefits, including search history and directions. When you start the place to write or guidelines in the search box on your Android device, you will see the directions and suggestions for places you've searched before - making it easy to quickly find directions on the fly
